About the Role

AshreiTech is seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee business operations, drive operational excellence, and translate strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management expertise, with a proven ability to lead multiple departments, optimize processes, strengthen accountability, and support business growth across US-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day business operations and align departmental activities with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Strategic Execution: Translate business objectives into actionable operational plans, measurable KPIs, and clear performance targets.
• Process Optimization: Identify operational gaps, streamline workflows, improve productivity, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Performance Management: Establish and monitor operational KPIs, evaluate departmental performance, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Team Leadership: Lead department heads, operational teams, and outsourced service delivery functions while fostering accountability and high performance.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure effective collaboration across Finance, HR, Sales, Administration, and other business functions.
• Resource & Budget Management: Optimize workforce utilization, oversee operational expenses, support budget planning, and implement cost-control measures.
• Business Growth & Scalability: Support business expansion initiatives and develop operational capabilities to accommodate growth across US-based business operations.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Service Delivery & Quality Assurance: Ensure outsourced services meet agreed service levels, quality standards, delivery timelines, and client expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify operational risks, assess potential business impact, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Policies & Governance: Establish, implement, and enforce SOPs, operational policies, reporting structures, and internal controls.
• Executive Reporting: Provide business owners with regular operational reports, performance updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Leadership Development: Develop departmental leaders, strengthen management capabilities, and build high-performing teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, accountability, and overall business performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in operations, business management, or organizational leadership.
• Proven track record of managing multiple departments, teams, and cross-functional business operations.
• Strong understanding of operational strategy, budgeting, financial oversight, KPI development, and process optimization.
• Experience managing outsourced operations, service delivery, or US-based business operations is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into measurable operational results.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, drive execution, and maintain accountability across teams.
