ABOUT THE ROLE

Asghar Furniture is looking for an experienced and results driven Factory Manager to lead our production operations and workforce, ensuring maximum efficiency, quality, productivity, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily factory and production operations.
• Supervise and lead factory staff and production teams.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved.
• Manage manpower, materials, inventory, and production workflow efficiently.
• Monitor staff performance, discipline, safety, and productivity.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and company procedures are followed.
• Prepare production and operational reports for management.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
• Report production performance and operational matters to management

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven factory/production management experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage a diverse workforce.
• Fluent in Hindi or Urdu is mandatory.
• Responsible, disciplined, and results-oriented.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
