The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing overall branch operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning, strong customer service, and achievement of sales and financial targets. The role involves monitoring revenue per transaction, controlling expenses, and ensuring ROI as per budget. The manager actively supervises inventory through proper stock aging and rotation practices, maintains strict documentation control, and ensures compliance with operational policies. They lead and develop the team through regular meetings, performance reviews, and coaching, while also managing employee attendance and leave to maintain workflow efficiency. Additionally, the manager handles customer concerns professionally, tracks competitor strategies, strengthens relationships with high-value customers, and regularly reports branch performance to the Senior Officials.
