Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hrs/wk) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Department: IT System Administration - 224 The Network Administrator Level-2 will manage the Network Monitoring solution by adding, changing or removing devices and alerts. The incumbent will also assist in responding to requests coming into the Network Helpdesk queue, in providing support for client VPN services and network device moves or changes and in reviewing network device monitoring logs for actionable items. This individual will be part of a small team who supports a complex enterprise network and that is responsible for the support, implementation and maintenance of network services.
