The Arlington Hotel part of the Louis Fitzgerald Group is recruiting for a night Porter. The Night Porter is responsible for supporting operations during the overnight shift. This role ensures accurate reporting, guest satisfaction, and the safety and security of the property during night-time hours.

Main Duties:

To support the night team on the responsibility for the hotel at night
To support the night audit procedure and function as per company standard
To support Reception Duties, i.e. check in, check out
To perform security and fire checks at regular intervals
To ensure the highest levels of customer care are practised at all times
To manage all late food and beverage orders
To ensure the hotel is ready for service and monitor the cleanliness standards of the hotel
To have a good knowledge of Health & Safety & Security procedures
To set up function spaces as required for next day use

Requirements

Must be computer literate - knowledge of Front Desk Systems such as Opera an advantage
A positive 'can do' attitude.
Fluent level of written and spoken English is essential.
