Are you our new Housekeeping Duty Manager? (Main season 10/2026-4/2027)

Our Housekeeping Team plays a crucial role in maintaining the reputation of several locations and venues of SantaPark Arctic World. The team provides our guests with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable environment throughout their stay. This team works side by side with maintenance and operations to ensure our guests make lifelong memories in the Arctic Circle.
Their diligent efforts contribute to guest satisfaction, health and safety, operational efficiency, revenue generation, and compliance with regulations, making them a cornerstone of the hospitality industry. We are proud to say our Housekeeping team maintains an exceptional standard and enhances the guest experience.
Housekeeping Duty Manager's duties include:
Housekeeping in different locations in Rovaniemi
Driving in snow conditions
Interaction with guests
Manage housekeeping daily procedures
Supervise and guide housekeepers at their duties
Assist the head of housekeeping at her/his duties
Temporarily fill in Housekeeper Manager
Participate in familiarization of new employees
Oversee the quality of housekeeping
Manage inventory and ordering supplies
Plan rosters and check the realization of the hours for the salaries when needed
✨ General requirements
- Capable of completing work tasks independently as well as working in a team
- Ability to take responsibility and maintain the highest level of standards
- Problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and motivation to learn
- Valid driving license and experience in driving the winter conditions
- Previous experience in housekeeping management tasks (minimum of 3 years)
- Fluent English language
- Ability to legally work in Finland
