General ThermoDynamics is seeking dependable and motivated Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team in Germantown, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll help build high-quality heat exchanger products used in critical industrial and commercial applications.

Whether you have experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, warehouse operations, automotive repair, or another hands-on trade, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assemble industrial products and components according to specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring devices.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect components and assemblies for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support production goals while working as part of a team.
• Participate in training and skill development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, construction, mechanical, fabrication, or related industrial experience.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and attendance record.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• Experience with measuring tools.
• Material handling or forklift experience.
• Experience in industrial, HVAC, automotive, metal fabrication, or equipment manufacturing environments.
