Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator at APEX-Dubai · Dubai…

About APEX

APEX is a Training and Consultancy Services company, working with clients, partner vendors, and instructors to design and deliver training programs and consultancy engagements.

Role Purpose

APEX is hiring a Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator to grow and qualify the sales pipeline for its training and consultancy services. This role sits at the front end of business development — reaching out to prospective clients, vendors, and course participants by phone and other channels, and feeding qualified leads to the business development team for follow-up and closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound marketing and sales calls to prospective clients, vendors, and course participants to generate and qualify leads.
• Build and manage a steady pipeline of outreach through phone calls, email, and other channels.
• Log every call, outcome, and lead status accurately and promptly in the team's CRM / lead tracker.
• Qualify leads against agreed criteria and hand off sales-ready leads to the business development team with clear next actions.
• Support marketing campaigns tied to course launches, vendor partnerships, and promotions (email, social media, materials).
• Track and report weekly progress against call volume, lead generation, and conversion targets.
• Follow up on leads that don't convert immediately, keeping them warm for future opportunities.
• Coordinate with the wider team to keep messaging and outreach consistent with APEX's brand and offers.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, telesales, lead generation, or a similar outreach-focused role.
• Confident, clear verbal communicator, comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Resilient and persistent — comfortable handling rejection and following up without losing momentum.
• Good written English; Arabic is a plus given APEX's client base.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets/CRM tools to log and track leads.
• Organized and self-motivated, able to work toward weekly and monthly targets.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the training, consultancy, education, vendor management, or course coordination sector.
• Familiarity with basic content creation or email marketing tools.
• Prior experience working against a sales pipeline or CRM funnel.

Success Metrics (First 90 Days)

• Consistent weekly call volume against an agreed target.
• A defined number of qualified leads generated and handed off per week.
• Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate tracked and improving.
• Accurate, up-to-date logging of all outreach activity.
