- You will maintain active visibility within educational and residential environments, conducting observations, supporting program implementation, and helping ensure high standards of service delivery.
- You will provide leadership in budget development, resource allocation, and fiscal stewardship to ensure programs remain effective, sustainable, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- You will oversee quality assurance activities, compliance monitoring, corrective action planning, incident reporting requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational excellence.
- You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, families, regulatory agencies, and community partners to strengthen services and advance Anderson's mission.
- You will help ensure that every child served by Anderson has access to programming, opportunities, and supports that maximize independence, learning, personal growth, and quality of life.
