Badging Specialist at American Dream in East Rutherford, NJ

The Badging Coordinator operates and maintains the Badging System for American Dream resulting in a safer workplace that supports American Dream team members, tenants, contractors and vendors. Primary Responsibilities:

Issuing and renewing badges.

Trouble shooting proxy concerns.

Tracking and organizing badging forms.

Tracking payments and counting monthly fees.

Training and maintaining standard operating procedures guidebook.

Maintaining equipment and supply levels.

Issues and documentation of parking permits.

Coordination with loading dock personnel, record keeping and fulfillment of special requests.

Manages and fills roof-detail requests.

Maintains list of current team members allowed to drive company vehicles / annual driving checks.

Booster documentation and paperwork.

Safety and cleanliness of office space.

Enforce all policies to ensure access control integrity.

Conduct quarterly audits.

Other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Possess effective time management and ability to multitask

Professional phone manner and exceptional customer service skills required

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organization skills

Must be willing to work various shifts
