Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | St. Louis, MO
Amergis Staffing is hiring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based positions in St. Louis.
Requirements
- Missouri SLPA License/Certification required
- Must be available to work in person
Position Details
- Location: St. Louis, MO
- Openings: 5
- Start Date: August 10, 2026
- Contract Length: 9 Months
- Hours: 32.5 hours per week
Available schedules include:
- 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Employees may choose up to two schedule options throughout the week.
Caseload
- 35-50 students
- All grade levels
- Primary populations include students with Learning Disabilities and Other Health Impairments (ADHD)
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the direction of the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Maintain documentation and service records
- Collaborate with teachers and school teams
- Travel between nearby school sites as needed
Candidates must be flexible, as assignments and locations may change based on student needs.
