ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2026 after gaining firsthand experience as a State Farm team member. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the business and helped shape the type of agency and team culture I wanted to build. Outside of work, I’m married with two kids and enjoy staying active, especially playing pickleball.
Supporting our local community is important to us. Our agency looks for opportunities to give back and stays involved with organizations and initiatives such as Red Net.
Our agency offers paid time off, licensing reimbursement, team lunches, one-on-one coaching, strong performance-based bonus opportunities, and a commitment to work-life balance. As a newer agency, we’re focused on developing our people and creating opportunities for team members to grow alongside the business.
Our culture is positive, energetic, and growth-oriented. I’m looking for someone who is outgoing, optimistic, and coachable, with the grit to work through challenges and the integrity to always do what’s right for our customers and team. If you’re excited about learning, developing your skills, and helping build something from the ground up, we’d love to meet you.
