The Future of Entertainment Starts Here
Every day, over 30 million creators and fans converge on Twitch, not just to watch, but to participate, to belong, to create something extraordinary together. This is where gaming legends are born, where musicians find their tribe, and where entirely new forms of entertainment emerge from passionate communities. This isn't just a platform—it's a living ecosystem where culture is created in real-time, and you have the opportunity to be the architect of this future for the Japanese market.
Your Mission: Drive Growth Through Strategic Accounts and Agency Partnerships
As an Agency Development Manager for Twitch, you'll pursue a dual mission that amplifies our market impact across Japan. First, you'll cultivate direct relationships with carefully selected Strategic Accounts—marquee brands whose scale and ambition align with Twitch's transformative potential—becoming their trusted partner in unlocking unprecedented audience engagement. Simultaneously, you'll build deep, strategic partnerships with Japan's leading advertising agencies, including major holding companies like Dentsu and Hakuhodo, positioning yourself as the go-to advisor these gatekeepers turn to when seeking innovative solutions for their diverse client portfolios. Through this dual approach, you'll create a powerful multiplier effect: every Strategic Account relationship demonstrates Twitch's value at the highest level, while every agency partnership opens gateways to dozens of brand opportunities simultaneously. You'll dive deep into understanding both your Strategic Accounts' business objectives and each agency's strategic priorities, crafting collaborative frameworks that position Twitch as the essential partner for interactive entertainment solutions. This combined strategy fundamentally reshapes how Japan's advertising ecosystem approaches audience engagement, driving exponential revenue growth through both direct strategic relationships and scaled agency partnerships.
Why Twitch Changes Everything
What makes Twitch magical is the intensity. Our audiences don't passively consume content—they live it. They chat, cheer, debate, and form lasting bonds. When brands show up authentically on Twitch, they're not interrupting an experience, they're joining a conversation and becoming part of a community. This creates engagement that drives genuine emotional connections and real business results. The Japanese market, with its rich gaming culture, sophisticated agency ecosystem, and appetite for innovation, represents an extraordinary opportunity for someone with vision and determination to turn agency partnerships into market-defining success stories.
Who Thrives Here
We're looking for someone who can Think Big about agency collaboration strategies while having the discipline to Dive Deep into each partnership's unique dynamics. Someone who earns trust through integrity and expertise, becoming the partner that agencies rely on for their most important client challenges. You're energized by the complexity of multi-stakeholder relationships, inspired by the opportunity to work through agencies to reach entire client portfolios, and motivated by the chance to pioneer new territory in agency-brand-platform collaboration. Your background might include agency-side experience, media sales with strong agency relationships, or strategic partnership development, but what matters most is your ability to see agencies not just as intermediaries but as true partners in building the future of advertising in Japan.
Join Us in Creating Tomorrow
At Twitch, you'll collaborate with global teams while shaping agency partnership strategies for one of the world's most dynamic markets. You'll develop career-defining skills in strategic alliance management, multi-party stakeholder navigation, and ecosystem-level business development. If you're ready to challenge yourself like never before and build something extraordinary through the power of strategic agency collaboration, we want to hear from you.
