They are seeking a Data Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and scalable data workflows across the organization, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to analyze data and develop automated reporting solutions. Responsibilities: - Write clean and maintainable SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data - Develop and maintain automated reporting, data workflows, and scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms - Investigate analytical problems rather than simply fulfilling reporting requests - Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing reporting, automation, and analytical workflows - Develop hypotheses, validate findings using data, and communicate actionable recommendations to business stakeholders - Collaborate with senior analysts to evaluate model performance, identify root causes of issues, and recommend improvements - Conduct quality assurance to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and pipelines - Take ownership of analytical projects from data exploration through implementation - Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable analytical solutions - Support ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field - 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, internships, or relevant academic projects - Strong SQL skills - Experience using Python for data analysis, automation (e.g., pandas) and modeling (scikit-learn) - Basic understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, tree-based models, and model evaluation - Understanding data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS) - Experience with BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences Required Skills: SQL, Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Machine learning, Data warehousing, ETL, ELT, Cloud data platforms, Domo, Tableau, Power BI
