Position Overview: TheOrder to CashBusinessAnalystwillbe responsible fordesigning and overseeing the implementation of the company’s Order to cash systems primarily Oracle ERP Fusion. This role requires a deep understanding of Order to Cash systems such as Order ManagementandShipping. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong functional and technical background and the ability to aligntechnologysolutions with business goals.
KeyResponsibilities:
Understand and document current business procedures andidentifyareas for improvement.
Plan, design, and implement systems solutions, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) process.
Oversee integration between OracleERPand otherinternal (Windchill, GTM, Blue Yonder ESP/OP) and externalsystems(3PL etc.,)
Collaborate withthe businessteamto gather business requirements and translate them into IT requirements and functional design specifications.
Offer application support for business users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Create andmaintaindocumentation such as process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the system meets business requirements.
Train end-users on new processes and systems.
Additional Information:
This position may require occasional travel.
Qualifications:
MinimumQualifications:
Bachelor's orMaster’sDegree inInformationTechnology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
7+years of experience in the Order to Cashand Supply Chainprocesseither in Oracle,SAPor other ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, andproficiencyinanyERP modules.
Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Proventrack recordof implementingERPsolutions that drive business value.
Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
PreferredQualifications:
Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
