We're expanding quickly and looking for motivated individuals who want to start a career — not just a job. Whether you're fresh out of college, coming from sports, or just ready for a new challenge, this is your chance to learn, lead, and create lasting success.
What You'll Do
-
Learn from the best through hands-on mentorship, field training, and real-world experience.
-
Meet with local business owners and families to introduce supplemental benefit programs that protect against life's toughest moments.

Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor in your community.
-
Take ownership of your goals — and celebrate every milestone along the way.
What We're Looking For
-
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a hunger to grow.
-
Natural people skills — confident, coachable, and driven.
-
Competitive mindset with a team-first spirit.
-
No experience required — just the discipline and drive to succeed.
What You'll Gain
-
Uncapped income potential with weekly pay, monthly bonuses, and long-term renewal commissions.
-
Paid incentive trips to world-class destinations.
-
Health, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days.
-
Fast-track promotions based on performance, not tenure.
-
Leadership & personal growth opportunities — from field rep to director, even agency ownership.
