Security Officer - Perimeter Patrol Driver - Queens

As a Security Officer - Perimeter Patrol Driver, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrol rounds, and deliver customer service with integrity to safeguard clients in various industries. Responsibilities: - Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at an aviation and aerospace location - Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site management and public responders as needed - Conduct regular and random patrols of terminal areas, perimeter routes, and restricted access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations - Monitor access control points, check identification and/or credentials as required, and document visitor entries, deliveries, and unusual conditions according to post orders - Operate and observe CCTV, alarms, and communications systems, and complete accurate reports and logs for incidents, patrols, and daily activities Required Qualifications: - A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only Important Skills: Customer service, CCTV operation Nice-to-Have Skills: High school diploma, Problem-solving Benefits: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more., Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities., Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future., Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.
