They are seeking an Operations Intern for an 11-week summer program that offers hands-on experience in various operational fields, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality systems. Responsibilities: - Participate in a paid, 11-week summer program working on meaningful assignments that have a real impact on our business and patients worldwide - Work in a variety of fields based on your degree type - Contribute to product and process optimization in a manufacturing facility - Conduct quality systems data analysis to identify compliance trends - Optimize an enzyme to catalyze a challenging step in the synthesis of a recently approved product Required Qualifications: - Must be currently enrolled in university, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related major - Must be enrolled in university the semester following your internship and graduate within 1-year post internship - Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e., extracurricular activities or projects) - Mobility is a key requirement as a pipeline internship to our Operations Development Program. Operations Development Program Members will be required to experience at least one assignment based in one of our U.S. Operations Plants and will rotate to different sites with each rotation based on business need Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent problem-solving, written, and verbal skills - Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and project management skills - Proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity Required Skills: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Nice-to-Have Skills: Innovation, Project management Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Benefits: Competitive pay, Relocation support for eligible students, Select wellness benefits and paid holiday / sick time
