Job Description
Are you a licensed insurance professional looking for more than just another contract?
We are building a culture centered around mentorship, personal growth, leadership development, and helping families protect what matters most. This opportunity is ideal for YOU! We offer guidance, support, flexibility, and the ability to build long-term income while making a meaningful impact.
Whether you are newly licensed, experienced, part-time, or looking to expand beyond your current environment, we provide systems and coaching designed to help you grow with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Work with families seeking life insurance and mortgage protection solutions
- Help clients protect their income, home, and loved ones
- Conduct phone and virtual appointments
- Learn consultative sales and communication strategies
- Build relationships and provide ongoing client support
- Participate in mentorship, training, and leadership development
- Opportunity to build and mentor a team over time
This Isn’t Just About Getting Contracted
A lot of agents already have contracts.
What they’re missing is:
- direction
- confidence
- mentorship
- consistency
- leadership
- and a system that helps them actually grow
Our focus is helping agents develop the skills, mindset, and structure needed to build something sustainable — while helping families protect what matters most.
You won’t be expected to know everything on day one. You’ll be expected to stay coachable, committed, and willing to grow.
Who This Opportunity Is For
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Coachable and growth-minded
- Strong communicators
- Motivated to improve personally and professionally
- Comfortable working independently
- Interested in building long-term income
- Passionate about helping others
Requirements
- Active Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one)
- Reliable phone and internet connection
- Ability to work remotely
- Professional communication skills
- Self-discipline and consistency
Compensation
- Commission-based with performance incentives
- Potential for renewals and long-term residual income
- Leadership and agency-building opportunities available
