Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Clinic… at AllCare.ai · Mineola
Skills
Job Description
11,000 Americans turn 65 every day. The practices that serve them will lead the next decade of primary care.
AllCare.ai is building the care model for that wave: mobile primary care and monthly care management programs (CCM, APCM and PCM) for seniors where they live, run on our own AI-powered care coordination platform. In under two years we've grown to 2,500 seniors in 150 senior living communities across California.
Now we're expanding to New York, and we're selecting a limited number of partner clinics on Long Island. What if your practice could add up to $250,000 a year for about 4–5 hours a week of your time?*
How it works
- We partner with local assisted living communities and adult homes, and our experienced NPs care for their residents through your practice.
- Our team and AI platform run your Medicare care management programs (CCM, APCM and PCM), plus scheduling, documentation and billing.
- You stay the owner. Everything bills through your clinic, with no new staff and no new overhead.
What's in it for you
- Up to $250K a year in estimated new practice income*
- About 4–5 hours a week: physician leadership, consults, and patient visit days when you want them
- $75 per patient visit when you see patients yourself
- Recurring monthly revenue from care management programs, even on days you're not in clinic
You're a fit if you
- Are an MD/DO who owns a Medicare-certified primary care clinic (1–2 locations) in Nassau or western Suffolk County
- Have Medicare set up as payee and hold an active New York license and DEA registration
- Are board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics
This is a limited opportunity, and early partners get first pick of communities in their area. Don't miss out: apply now and we'll model your clinic's numbers on a 30-minute call.
*Estimate based on AllCare's partnership model. Actual results depend on your patient panel, payer mix and program enrollment.
