Job Summary

REQUIRED: MUST HAVE CURRENT AUTO SALES LICENSE!

• Fast Pace, We sell 30 cars a week and only 6 total salespeople. We don't flood the floor.
• 45 hours a week max, so you have a GREAT work-life balance, 8:30 am to 6 pm M-F, 8:30 to 5 pm Sat , 5 day Work Week, No More Long Days or Weeks!
• Our Sales Team does the deal from introduction to finance and protection products. $250 Minimum commission with an opportunity to earn up to $800 per car.
• We only sell Subarus, and only six models, so learning product knowledge could not be easier.
• Tons of Leads and Walk In's- We price our vehicles lower than all of our competitors and inspect and service all vehicles, which in turn creates a high lead count and sales volume environment.

Qualifications

• We only want top producers, if you have strong people skills, we want to talk to you. If you have sold cars and want to learn finance, service contracts, and funding, this is the place.
• Strong background in outside sales, negotiation, and closing high-value deals with diverse clientele.
• Above average computer skills, We use a lot of technology at our dealership, so you must be very comfortable with computers and phone apps.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) helps, but not mandatory
• This is a small business, and we are all friendly and get along. We want to smile while we sell. From the ownership on down, we like people!! :)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• Are you willing to work every Saturday, Monday and Friday? Business hours here are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm. You will have either a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off in addition to Sunday.

• Automotive sales: 3 years (Required)
