Digital Marketing & Technology Specialist at All Star… · Sturbridge
Job Description
Digital Marketing & Technology Specialist
All Star Incentives™ · Sturbridge, Massachusetts · Flexible hybrid 3 & 2 work schedule, onsite & remote · Full-time · $80,000–$100,000 base + benefits
The role in one sentence
You will be the person who makes our digital marketing work: the HubSpot portal, the website, the campaigns, the reporting, and the videos that tie it all together.
About us
All Star Incentives™ designs and runs incentive, recognition and rewards programs that help companies change behavior in measurable ways: safety, wellness, sales, service anniversaries and customer loyalty. We have been in the industry for more than 50 years. Our Marketing & Communications team is small, but essential, so your work will be an important part of company success.
What you will do
Roughly how your time will be spent:
- HubSpot and marketing technology (about 35%). Own our HubSpot portal: workflows, lists, forms, lead routing, intent signals, sales plays, templates and data quality. Work with Sales and IT to keep marketing and sales systems connected, and document how everything is set up.
- Campaign production (about 25%). Build, code, test and launch emails, newsletters, landing pages, event registrations and surveys for All Star Incentives™ and our clients. QA everything before it goes out.
- Website and SEO/AEO (about 20%). Keep the website accurate and working. Manage our SEO/AEO agency day to day: set expectations, review deliverables, follow up on gaps, and present quarterly results to the VP Marketing and leadership.
- Video and multimedia (up to 15%). Edit and produce videos and motion graphics for campaigns, training, events, the website and social media, working from approved concepts and brand standards.
- Reporting and improvement (about 5%). Turn campaign and web analytics into clear findings and recommendations. Track new tools, AI capabilities and SEO/AEO practices, and recommend the ones worth adopting.
You will report to the VP Marketing, who sets strategy and priorities. You will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer & Brand Specialist, who leads visual direction.
What you bring
Required:
- 6+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations or web production
- Hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows, lists, forms, email, AI tools, landing pages and reporting
- HTML and CSS skills for responsive email and landing pages; WordPress experience
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console and SEO fundamentals
- Experience managing an outside agency or vendor against deliverables and deadlines
- Video editing in Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar, plus Photoshop for image work
- Clear writing and the ability to explain technical results to non-technical people
- A habit of tracking your own projects, flagging risks early and finishing what you start
Nice to have:
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Marketing Software, or Operations)
- Motion graphics experience
- Familiarity with AEO (answer engine optimization) and AI tools for marketing
- Agency experience or B2B marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field, or equivalent experience
How we will measure success
- HubSpot is reliable, documented and trusted by Sales
- Campaigns launch on time and without errors
- Our SEO/AEO partner delivers what it promised, and leadership gets clear quarterly results
- The VP Marketing always knows where projects stand
What we offer
- Base salary of $80,000–$100,000, based on experience
- Partially offset health, dental and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- A best in class employee recognition & rewards program
- Professional development and HubSpot certification support
