WE ARE HIRING – ASSISTANT PROCUREMENT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Procurement Manager to join our team.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Procurement within the Manufacturing & Contracting industry.
• Strong experience in sourcing and purchasing Ready-Mix Concrete and construction materials.
• Hands-on experience dealing with manufacturing industries such as Ready Mix, Blocks, Crushers, etc.
• Good knowledge and experience in HVAC & Ducting & Joinery.
• Experience in sourcing materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.
• Strong supplier and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and cost-control skills.
• Ability to evaluate suppliers, compare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely delivery.
• Good understanding of the UAE construction market and local suppliers is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Project, Engineering, Site, and Finance teams.
• Relevant experience in construction procurement and contracting is highly preferred.
