We combine access to Alerion's managed fleet and operational expertise with the flexibility to source aircraft across the global charter market, giving our brokers the resources to deliver exceptional service and competitive solutions for their clients.

What You'll Do

• Generate charter business through existing client relationships, referrals, and new business development
• Manage and grow your own book of clients while identifying new revenue opportunities
• Source, negotiate, and present competitive charter options across all aircraft categories
• Oversee the charter process from initial inquiry through booking and trip completion
• Build lasting relationships with clients, operators, and referral partners
• Collaborate directly with charter sales leadership to expand Alerion Jets' market presence

Why Alerion Jets?

• Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission
• Flexibility to work remotely while collaborating directly with charter sales leadership
• Access to Alerion Aviation's managed fleet and the global charter market
• Established operational infrastructure and dedicated support
• Opportunity to expand your business within a growing, operator-backed brokerage
• Comprehensive employee benefits, including employer-paid medical premiums, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more, subject to eligibility

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of private jet charter brokerage or charter sales experience
• An established book of business with a demonstrated history of producing charter revenue
• Strong knowledge of aircraft categories, charter pricing, and the supplemental lift market
• Proven ability to develop relationships, generate opportunities, and close transactions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow

We're looking for someone who can contribute from day one and sees the opportunity to build something meaningful over the long term.

Interested? We look forward to hearing from you.
