Are you a proactive, curious, organized and multilingual person looking to kickstart a career in Talent Acquisition (reclutamiento y selección de personal)? Do you thrive in an international environment and enjoy connecting people with great opportunities? Are you curious about how TikTok, Google or Amazon Ads actually work behind the scenes? Do you want real global business experience before you graduate?

Then our Global Talent Sourcing internship in Madrid is for you.

Join Aleph’s Global Sourcing Internship Program, a six-month, immersive learning experience where you will partner with our dynamic Global Talent Acquisition team and with hiring managers from four continents. This is not a classroom or a university program. It is your first step into the real world of Talent Acquisition, in a company that is truly global.

• English fluency is a must. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage, as it allows you to connect with a wider pool of global talent.
• A genuine desire to understand new cultures and learn innovative sourcing strategies.
• A proactive mindset: you create opportunities rather than wait for them.
• The ability to communicate ideas clearly and engagingly, both verbally and in writing.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources (Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos), Business Administration (ADE), International Relations (Relaciones Internacionales) or a related field.
