SALES COORDINATOR at Al Rayes… · Doha

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing daily sales activities, customer communications, order processing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the sales team and provide administrative support.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders and requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and other departments to ensure timely order delivery.
• Monitor sales orders, deliveries, payments, and outstanding issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Follow up with customers and sales representatives regarding pending quotations and orders.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales activities when required.
• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and properly maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is required.
