Sales Manager – Architectural Metal &… at AL KATHEEB… · Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of UAE sales experience in architectural metal works, aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, façade, fit-out, or customized fabrication.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE construction market, an existing client network, and proven ability to generate business and convert enquiries into profitable orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business through client visits, networking, cold calling, referrals, and project tracking.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, fit-out companies, façade contractors, and industrial clients.
• Generate and follow up on enquiries, tenders, BOQs, drawings, and project opportunities.
• Promote aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, architectural and customized fabrication works.
• Coordinate with estimation, technical, production, and project teams for quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and project conditions while maintaining profit margins.
• Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, targets, and customer records.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.
• Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to internal teams.
• Support payment follow-ups and customer issue resolution.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE.
• Experience in architectural metal works, aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, façade, fit-out, or fabrication.
• Strong understanding of fabrication and installation processes.
• Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Experience in quotations, tendering, negotiation, and project-based sales.
• Strong client network within the UAE construction/fabrication industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Preferred Candidate

A result-oriented and technically knowledgeable sales professional with an established UAE client network and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in architectural and metal fabrication projects.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
