Private Tutor & Physiotherapy Support – Child Development

We are looking for a qualified, caring and responsible female professional to support the education, physical activities and overall development of a 10-year-old child.

The role combines private tutoring, structured educational activities and physiotherapy/exercise support, along with accompanying the child during appropriate outdoor activities such as visits to parks and recreational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one academic tutoring and educational support appropriate to the child's age and level.
• Assist with homework, reading, general learning and educational activities.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities that keep the child engaged.
• Support prescribed physiotherapy exercises and physical-development activities, where qualified to do so.
• Encourage safe movement, stretching, coordination and age-appropriate physical activity.
• Accompany the child to parks and other suitable recreational activities.
• Maintain a positive, patient and encouraging environment.
• Communicate regularly with the family regarding the child's activities, progress and daily schedule.
• Follow any instructions or recommendations provided by the child's parents and relevant healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification and licensing for physiotherapy responsibilities where applicable.
• Previous experience working with children, preferably around primary-school age.
• Patient, responsible, energetic and genuinely comfortable working with children.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to organize both educational and physical activities independently.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
