$85,000-$110,000/year, depending on experience
Monday-Friday schedule, targeting 7:00 AM-4:30 PM during onboarding
Fully onsite position in Plano, TX 75093, with occasional job-site visits
No regular on-call or weekend requirement

Your New Role
Work as a Commercial Plumbing Estimator for Salas Plumbing Inc. in Plano, TX 75093
Work fully onsite with occasional visits to commercial project sites
Complete detailed commercial plumbing takeoffs using project plans, specifications, and bid documents
Manage assigned bids and general contractor relationships throughout the estimating process
Organize estimating folders, plans, specifications, bid documents, and other project information
Prepare and complete accurate commercial plumbing estimates while meeting required bid deadlines
Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and construction documents to determine project scope and requirements
Coordinate estimating-related information and communications with the estimating team and other stakeholders
Maintain ownership of assigned estimates and ensure bid information remains accurate, complete, and organized
Support project handoff after award to help ensure a smooth transition from estimating to project execution
Represent Salas Plumbing’s standards for quality, customer focus, leadership, safety, and teamwork
