Research & Innovation Executive

We are looking for a highly curious, intelligent, and resourceful individual to join our team as a Research & Innovation Executive.

This is NOT a sales position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys researching, solving problems, discovering new technologies, developing ideas, and turning those ideas into practical business solutions.

What You Will Do

• Research new technologies, AI tools, software, products, and business opportunities
• Study competitors, industries, market trends, and customer behavior
• Research solutions to operational and business problems
• Explore opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Compare suppliers, platforms, systems, and technologies
• Conduct feasibility and cost-benefit studies for new ideas
• Develop concepts for new services and business opportunities
• Prepare clear research reports and recommendations for management
• Work directly with management to develop and test new ideas
• Assist in taking an idea from research → concept → testing → implementation
• Continuously identify ways the company can work smarter, faster, and more efficiently

Who We Are Looking For

You should be:

• Naturally curious and interested in researching things deeply
• Strong at Google and online research
• Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools
• Analytical and able to compare different solutions
• Creative and capable of generating new ideas
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software
• Able to work independently without waiting for detailed instructions
• Good at turning complicated information into simple recommendations
• Strong in English communication and report writing
• Someone who regularly asks: “Why are we doing it this way, and is there a better way?”

Experience in research, technology, operations, business analysis, product development, AI, engineering, marketing, or startups is an advantage.

Most Importantly

We are not looking for someone who simply completes assigned tasks.

We want someone who thinks, researches, questions, experiments, proposes solutions, and helps us build what comes next.
