What You’ll Do

• Lead and Develop Your Team - Supervise, train, and support Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry team members.
• Maintain the Community - Oversee buildings, grounds, equipment, vehicles, appliances, and essential systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Promote Safety and Compliance - Coordinate inspections, fire drills, emergency preparedness, and compliance with OSHA, fire, and building regulations.
• Oversee Apartment Turnovers - Ensure resident apartments are safe, clean, and ready for move-ins.
• Manage Vendors and Budgets - Partner with contractors, coordinate outside services, and responsibly manage maintenance expenses.
• Respond to Community Needs - Address maintenance requests promptly and provide dependable support to residents and team members.
• Champion Our Culture - Create a positive environment where your team feels supported, valued, and motivated to do excellent work.

What You’ll Bring

• Leadership Experience - Previous leadership experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge - Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems.
• Safety Awareness - Knowledge of regulatory requirements, emergency procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Strong Organization - The ability to manage projects, priorities, vendors, budgets, and deadlines.
• Problem-Solving Skills - A hands-on approach and the confidence to troubleshoot issues and make sound decisions.
• People Skills - A friendly, professional communication style when working with residents, families, vendors, and team members.
• Flexible Leadership - Availability to respond to emergencies and changing community needs.
