About Agaso Outdoor
Agaso Outdoor is a bespoke restoration shop in Ventura, California specializing in early Ford Broncos and vintage 4x4s. We pair uncompromising build quality with refined, timeless design, and we ship parts and orders to clients nationwide. We're a small, growing team of early Bronco connoisseurs who care about getting every detail right.
What You'll Do
You'd handle shipping and receiving, basic office and IT tasks, website order fulfillment, and the everyday front-of-house details that keep us running. If you love organization, learning new skills, and adding a human touch to the simple things, we're looking for you!
Responsibilities
- Manage shipping and receiving, following clear instructions for each package
- Fulfill web orders, adhering to brand packaging guidelines
- Manage shop supplies and inventory, keep things stocked and organized, pull parts for projects, and return items as needed
- Run local errands as needed, including vendor pickups and drop-offs
- Move company and customer vehicles between locations (valid license + reliable transportation) -- this is an infrequent and as-needed responsibility
- Coordinate shop maintenance and basic cleaning
- Handle occasional phone calls, messages, and non-technical customer service
- Light, non-creative social media and Squarespace website copyediting -- possible role expansion if of interest
- Room to grow into Junior Project Manager or Shop Apprentice, depending on your interests
- Occasionally open the shop as needed
Who You Are
The right attitude and a self-starter who solves problems on the fly matter more to us than a perfect resume. If the must-haves below sound like you, we'd love to hear from you, the preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum Requirements
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- A self-starter who figures things out with little guidance, and knows when to stop and ask questions
- Comfortable with shipping, receiving, inventory, and learning tools like ShipStation, Squarespace, ShopMonkey, and basic QuickBooks
- A clear communicator, in person and in writing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Office management or admin experience
- Automotive experience/background a plus but not required
- An eye for organizing shared spaces.
Pay and Benefits
Pay is $24/hour to start, depending on experience, with a growth path. This is a relatively flexible part-time role, about 2-3 hours per day, ideally late mornings (around 9 am to 1 pm), averaging 12-15 hours per week Monday through Thursday and Fridays as-needed.
We Look Forward to Hearing From You
We encourage applications from those whose experiences may not align perfectly with the job description. Your unique skills and enthusiasm will distinguish you, particularly if your career has followed unconventional paths. Agaso values diverse viewpoints and individuals who think critically and challenge norms. Come join our team.
