Senior Revenue Operations Manager & GTM… at aedifion GmbH · Cologne

At aedifion, you will actively shape the future of energy-efficient building operations. Our mission is to make existing buildings smarter, more sustainable, and easier to manage making a real contribution to CO₂ reduction. You'll join an innovative tech company that uses cutting-edge technologies like IoT, AI, and cloud solutions to enable sustainable real estate. Our culture? Open, diverse, and team-oriented. With more than 100 colleagues from various nations, we combine a wide range of expertise and perspectives to achieve big things together.

Your impact in this position:

As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager & GTM Engineer (f/m/d), you make sure our revenue organization grows in a way that is strong, predictable and scalable. You own the processes and handovers along our GTM chain, between Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance, you turn GTM data into decisions, and where a process needs it, you automate it yourself. You are the first person in this role and build Revenue Operations at aedifion from the ground up, together with our Head of Business Operations.

What you can expect:

• GTM process architecture: Design and improve the processes along the GTM funnel, with clear definitions, handovers and service levels between teams. You agree them with the teams, document them, measure whether they hold and keep developing them based on your own analyses.
• Forecast and pipeline: Define what good pipeline quality and forecast accuracy mean at aedifion, track how both develop, and turn what you see into concrete measures that make our planning more reliable.
• Turning data into decisions: Analyze GTM data from different sources, spot patterns and connections, and translate them into clear recommendations that revenue leaders and the C-level can act on.
• GTM engineering: Build automations, skills and AI agents across Salesforce and adjacent systems, ideally with agentic tools such as Claude Code. Your solutions run reliably in day-to-day operations, ideally write back into the systems and run on their own. You set the quality standards for GTM automation and keep an overview of what runs.
• Less manual work in Sales: Drive the prioritized roadmap that reduces non-selling time and turn its items into working solutions.
• GTM tech stack: Evaluate tools against defined criteria, prepare well-founded decision papers, and shape together with our Head of Business Operations how new solutions fit into our tool landscape.
• Clear focus: Salesforce administration, rep training, enablement content and invoicing are not part of this role, so you can focus fully on the processes, data and automation behind our GTM chain.
• Strategic GTM planning: Create the analytical basis for decisions on growth, market coverage and compensation, so they rest on solid data and set the right incentives.

At aedifion we foster an open and appreciative culture where everyone can develop freely, regardless of background, gender, age, ability or orientation. We offer a safe space for personal growth and independent work. Flexibility and openness matter to us, so that everyone can work with authenticity and enjoy what they do. We especially welcome applications from women.

What you bring along:

• Experience: You have already taken ownership in Revenue Operations with results you can point to, ideally in a scale-up or start-up environment. You know the key metrics of a revenue organization, you understand how pipeline, forecast and stage velocity work, and you have a solid grasp of retention metrics such as NRR, renewal rate and expansion.
• Process ownership: You have designed and owned handovers between GTM teams and measured whether they hold.
• Stakeholder coordination: You moderate competing requirements between teams, communicate priorities clearly and make complex topics understandable for everyone involved.
• Data analysis: You bring complex data from different sources together, see the patterns in it and turn them into recommendations that revenue leaders and the C-level can act on.
• GTM engineering: You have built automations or AI agents across CRM and adjacent systems that run in production, for example with Claude, n8n or APIs, and you know where they add the most value in GTM.
• AI-native way of working: You use agentic tools such as Claude Code in your daily work to pull and analyze data, build reports, tools and skills, and automate your own work end to end. You give them the context they need and check their results before anyone relies on them.
• Languages and tools: Very good German and English (C1 each). Experience with Confluence or a comparable tool and with Microsoft 365.
