Technical Leadership & Client Engagement – Apply broad MEP engineering expertise to review designs and calculations, translate client requirements into deliverables, manage stakeholder relationships, and coordinate priorities to support successful project delivery.

Product Delivery & Quality Assurance: Test and evaluate product features, provide engineering-led feedback to developers, identify and help resolve defects, and ensure design outputs meet quality standards before being issued to clients.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Champion the adoption of AI and emerging technologies, leverage digital tools to improve delivery, and help shape new ways of working that enhance engineering efficiency and quality across AECOM.
