Job Description
Transformation Strategy Director - Erlanger, KY
The role is roughly 60–65% strategy and 35–40% product management. Strategy work centers on the Crawl-Walk-Run framework, executive and Board engagement, communications, and the Change Champion Network. Product work centers on treating GT as a product: vision, roadmap, measurement, and value. Facilitation connects the two — this person shapes and leads the workshops and working sessions where strategy is built and decisions are made.
Today the role carries Global Process Owner responsibilities. As Product Managers for data and applications take on more of that scope, this person helps define the product model and the standards those roles work to. The role also leads a small communications and engagement team and serves as the Sr. Director's designated backup.
STRATEGY & EXECUTIVE PARTNERSHIP (~60–65%)
