We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Service Delivery Manager / Operations Manager with a strong background in PEO (Professional Employer Organization), HR operations, multi-country payroll, or client-facing service delivery. In this role, you will lead our operations team, manage client SLAs, and drive operational excellence across core business workflows, with direct ownership over team execution, training development, and Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven operational background handling domain workflows across Insurance, Accounting, or HR/Human Capital Services.
• Proven track record as an Operations Manager/Service Delivery Manager or equivalent leading teams.
• Proficient in operations software, inventory systems, and procurement platforms.
• Strong capability in KPI/SLA metrics analysis and strategic planning.
• Certifications: Operations Management or Business Administration certifications are a plus.
• Key Traits: Excellent problem-solving, communication, change leadership, and adaptability under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct and motivate operations supervisors and support roles to meet and exceed performance targets and SLAs.
• Workflow Optimization: Analyze KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement strategic process improvements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, inventory, warehouse, and senior management to streamline delivery and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Management: Interface regularly with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to build trust and resolve service delivery issues.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with quality management (QMS), information security (ISMS), data privacy, and company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular operational progress and performance reports to leadership.
