Planning Engineer at Adcon Contracting LLC in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to support project execution through effective planning and scheduling practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project controls, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.

Salary is commensurate with experience; more experienced candidates may be eligible for a higher offer.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; preferably Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of planning, project execution, and progress measurement
• Prepare and update progress measurement systems
• Apply resource loading and leveling techniques to optimize manpower and equipment utilisation
• Strong knowledge of obtaining planned vs actual projections
• Preparation of biweekly and monthly progress reports
• Languages: English (required)

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
