Domestic gas. Boiler servicing and breakdowns, with the repairs that come off them. Six or seven jobs a day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. No on-call and no weekend rota, so your evenings and weekends are your own.

We book the appointments and build the diary. Jobs are grouped by area, so you move between calls instead of across the city, and every customer is told when to expect you. You know the night before what you have, where you are going and what is expected.
