ABA Student Analyst, Field Work, Graduate Student at Action… · Raleigh

At Action Behavior Centers (ABC), we’re committed to supporting the next generation of clinicians as they work toward becoming confident, capable Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

That’s why we created the Everest Program - a no-cost, paid program designed to support you at every stage of your journey to becoming a BCBA. While working as part of our team, you’ll receive:

• Unrestricted fieldwork hours
• Paid study time off your schedule
• 1:1 mentorship from experienced clinical supervisors
• A full paycheck throughout your training

We’ve built the structure, support, and resources you need to reach the BCBA summit- because your success is our mission.

How the Everest Program Works:

You’ll join ABC’s Everest Program and will be hired into one of the two roles below:

• Rising Star: You’ve completed at least 85% of your fieldwork hours (including 100% of restricted and 75% of unrestricted hours).
• Rising Star+: You’ve completed all your fieldwork and are preparing to sit for the BCBA exam.

From there, ABC provides a clear, structured path to help you transition into your BCBA role.

Program Highlights:

• No-cost fieldwork supervision (restricted & unrestricted)
• Incentive pay for unrestricted hours
• Access to premium study materials and live review sessions
• Paid time off for exam preparation
• Access to BDS Modules
• Bonuses when you pass the BCBA exam

BCBA Exam Prep Support

We know how critical this stage is - and we’ve got your back.

• Free 6-month CBA Learning Module Series subscription
• 8 hours/week off your direct care schedule to study
• 3 fully paid weeks off for final exam prep
• $5,000 bonus for passing on your first attempt
• $2,500 bonus for passing on your second attempt
