Associate Manager – Automotive &… at accilium · Vienna

As a strategy and management consultancy, we work together with industry leaders in the Automotive & Transport, Energy & Environment, and Public & Infrastructure sectors to shape the mobility and energy ecosystem of the future. We use the tools of digital transformation to lead long‑established companies into the future and to help young companies establish themselves in the market.

Since we started in 2017, we have grown to over 110 employees across seven locations – Berlin, Munich, Vienna, Cologne, Hamburg, Bucharest, and, more recently, Warsaw. Thanks to our subsidiary &amp and its 50+ developers, we are able to deliver end‑to‑end solutions in particularly close collaboration. We are proud to have been listed for the seventh consecutive time among the Top Ten of the brand eins/Statista “Best Consultants” ranking and to have been honored with the prestigious “Hidden Champion 2026/2027” award.

What to Expect

With us, you will help build something big – at the heart of the digital transformation of the automotive industry. We work closely with decision-makers at C-level and design complex strategic programs from concept to implementation. We foster an open team culture, flat hierarchies, and the highest level of professionalism, always meeting on equal footing.

We work in a practice-based organization that allows our consultants, starting at Senior Consultant level, to align with a clearly defined area of expertise. This enables you to develop as a consultant with a strong content profile, deepen your knowledge, and build specialization – while remaining part of our interdisciplinary project business. You will apply your expertise across diverse client contexts and continuously expand it. Our goal: for you to grow not only as a consultant but also as a thought leader in your practice area.

As an Associate Manager – Automotive & Digitalization (f/m/x), you will be part of our Automotive Practice, take on professional responsibility, lead teams, and strategically develop topics. You will identify and develop leads with existing and potential new clients.
