The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - Strong knowledge of customer relationship management processes and how they integrate with business operations. - Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with organizational needs. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions. - Familiarity with data migration, integration, and workflow automation within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering user-centric software enhancements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
