Account Executive, Home Health at AccentCare in Bristol, PA

Summary: AccentCare is a healthcare company seeking a Full-Time Account Executive. The role involves executing sales and marketing plans to meet admission goals and developing referral source relationships within a competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains referral source relationships within a competitive marketplace (Ex. hospitals, senior living, physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers)
- Present disease-specific Right Path Programs through MPower sales process to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Prioritize accounts in accordance with market sales plan for territory routing to create growth
- Execute pre-call sales planning analyzing data through Trella, competitor intel, referral source history trends, current state of referral source, and routing plan to achieve individual and branch admission goals
- Utilize current CRM (Ex. RSL) for sales call documentation meeting monthly call threshold
- Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clinical operations team to ensure seamless patient care coordination
- Organize and prepare territory reports assigned by RSM in a timely manner
- Create new business opportunities through community outreach and participate in on-going assessment of community needs

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or health related field
- Sales experience
