About the Role

Our warehouse team is looking for dependable and industrious individuals to fill our Pick/Packer positions. In this high-energy setting, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customer orders are correctly selected, packaged, tagged, and readied for distribution.

Core Responsibilities

• Select and box items based on specific customer requests.
• Ensure that order contents and quantities are verified for precision.
• Prepare shipments by labeling and organizing packages to help streamline the distribution process.
• Assist in the movement, loading, and unloading of inventory to support efficient operations.
• Help maintain a safe and tidy workspace for the benefit of the entire team.
• Consistently achieve daily goals regarding both speed and order accuracy.

Qualifications

• Capacity to remain on your feet, walk, and execute repetitive motions during your entire shift.
• Capability to lift items weighing as much as 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate a high level of precision and the ability to adhere to operational guidelines.
• Prior experience in a warehouse setting is welcomed, though not mandatory.
• Maintain consistent punctuality and demonstrate a dedicated approach to your work.
