Growth Associate Intern (m/f/d) at A11 in Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany

About the Job
As a key growth accelerator, A11 partners with Europe’s most ambitious startups and scaleups, corporates and SMBs to connect them with top-tier talent ready to make an impact.
We're looking for a motivated Growth Associate Intern (m/f/d) to join and build the outbound sales engine at one of our ecosystem companies.
As a Growth Associate you'll learn outbound the real way, by doing it: picking up the phone on day one, building pipeline, and booking qualified demos. Perform, and you'll earn aggressive bonuses and get the chance to step into closing parts of deals alongside the AEs, with a clear path into a full-time role.
Join the A11 Ecosystem - a next-generation procurement platform redefining how businesses discover, evaluate, and win public tenders across one of the world's largest yet most fragmented markets: €2 trillion in annual contract volume, scattered across 4,500+ portals in 29 countries. It harnesses qualified AI matching and agentic workflow automation to surface only the tenders that fit, analyze 100+ page documents in 30 seconds, and draft winning bids in minutes. Backed by leading investors, the company is scaling fast toward becoming the category-defining player in European public procurement.
In this role, you’ll:
Prospect and run outbound every day: cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify leads fast, handle objections, and book high-quality demos with decision-makers
Work clear target segments and ICPs systematically, not randomly
Keep your pipeline clean: track activity, conversion, and next steps in the CRM
Learn what good looks like: messaging, objection handling, and call structure with live feedback
Compete in weekly leaderboards and push your numbers with the cohort
As a top performer: support later-stage calls, run follow-ups, and take on closing responsibilities over time
Your Profile:
Student or recent graduate who wants a sales internship about results, not busywork
Competitive and motivated by commissions and performance-based pay
Resilient: you can hear "no" all day and still dial with energy
Coachable and like direct feedback
Organised enough to run a pipeline and keep notes, not just "spray and pray"
Available full-time for 3+ months
Fluent in German and English, and comfortable speaking with strangers on the phone
Bonus: you've done something intense before (sports, a side hustle, competitive projects) and thrived
Please note that this position is based in Hamburg.
Benefits and Perks:
Fixed internship salary plus aggressive performance bonuses, tied to output and outcomes (e.g. meetings booked and qualified pipeline)
Top performers unlock additional upside by taking on deal ownership over time
Real outbound training from the founding team, with daily reps and fast feedback loops
Weekly leaderboards with prizes and public recognition for results
AI-native sales stack and modern tooling (CRM, enrichment, automation) to move faster
A team of insanely ambitious people who push each other to do their best work
A clear path: strong performers get an offer to return and can grow into SDR/AE responsibilities
If you’re eager to join the A11 Ecosystem and shape what’s next, we want to hear from you!
