Job Description
The Customer Marketing, Digital Platforms team in Canada aims to unlock our Cardmember’s servicing and membership needs by delivering foundational capabilities, building frictionless end-to-end experiences and creating best-in-class products on our Canadian digital platforms. We leverage data-driven insights to inform our platform vision, strategies and marketing plans with the Cardmember at the core of all we do.
Responsibilities
Specifically, the successful candidate will work with cross functional teams to:
- Drive our digital roadmap forward, flawlessly releasing new features and capabilities on our digital platforms from concept through to launch
- Effectively market our digital experience across channels to drive digital adoption, engagement, and Cardmember satisfaction
- Manage our digital platform products, overseeing KPIs and implementing strategic recommendations designed to drive engagement, improvements in priority journeys, increases in online satisfaction and first channel resolution
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Superior project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
- Excellent relationship-building, ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability leading and managing innovative and effective marketing programs that generate results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and a strong process mindset and technological aptitude
- Strong track record of driving results, analyzing data, formalizing reporting and identifying trends with the ability to draw insights and inform strategy
- A passion for creating engaging customer experiences to support our brand
- Self-starter who can thrive in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
- University degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience
The stated salary range represents the expected compensation for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
