Job Description

Dar Al Safaa Marbles Ind. L.L.C is a UAE-based company specializing in marble and granite sourcing, fabrication, supply, installation, and stone cladding solutions for residential, commercial, and large-scale construction projects.

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer – Marble & Granite to join our team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and detailed project cost estimates for marble and granite works.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine material quantities and costs.
• Prepare accurate quotations and cost breakdowns for marble, granite, fabrication, installation, and related works.
• Conduct market research and obtain updated material and service prices from suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve competitive project costs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Handle biometric/site measurements and drawings related to marble and granite works.
• Coordinate and oversee manpower requirements and site/factory activities.
• Supervise and coordinate factory cutting and fabrication of marble and granite according to project requirements.
• Coordinate transportation of fabricated materials from the factory to project sites.
• Coordinate fabrication, fixing, installation, and site execution according to project specifications.
• Monitor the work progress and ensure proper coordination between fabrication, transportation, and installation teams.
• Ensure estimates and execution requirements are aligned with project budgets and specifications.
• Maintain accurate estimation records and documentation.
• Support project teams in resolving estimation, material, fabrication, and site-related issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in estimation, preferably in marble, granite, stone fabrication, or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of marble and granite materials, fabrication, installation, and finishing works.
• Proven experience in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and quotations.
• Knowledge of construction drawings and relevant CAD/estimation software.
• Experience coordinating factory fabrication, transportation, and site installation is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and coordinate multiple project activities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in marble and granite estimation, fabrication, cutting, fixing, transportation, and site installation will be highly preferred.

Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 7,500 per month
