Manufacturing Opportunities Include:
- Machine Operators – Experienced operators, including injection molding and CNC machine experience
- Small Parts Production – Working with precision components and detailed manufacturing processes
- Quality Inspectors – Visual inspection, product quality, and attention to detail
- Microscope Inspection – Inspecting small parts using a microscope
- Hand Assembly – Assembling small components using basic hand tools
- Production Associates – Supporting manufacturing operations and production processes
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but many positions are entry-level
- Mechanical aptitude or an interest in learning how machines and manufacturing processes work
- Comfortable working with small parts and performing detailed tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Technical or vocational school training is a plus
- Experience using basic hand tools, microscopes, or measuring devices is helpful
- Reliable and motivated individuals interested in developing new skills
- Have hobbies that involve working with your hands Jewelry making, painting, crafts, model building, or other detailed activities can provide valuable transferable skills for manufacturing and inspection work.
- Pay rates ranging from $16.94–$19.00 per hour
