Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course (preferred).
At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail.
Experience in footwear, apparel, or fashion retail is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the store.
Lead, motivate, and supervise store personnel.
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Monitor sales performance and help achieve store targets.
Maintain proper inventory, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate daily reports.
Implement company policies and operational standards.

Pay: From Php14,300.00 per month
