We would love to have an early-career recruiter to join our team. We also welcome a mid-career candidate looking to change to the renewable energy industry with a disruptive clean energy team.

We will cover your time with a base salary and PTO, and let you go to town with creating a candidate pipeline. Each successful hire that stays on with us for 30+ days will be a $200 bonus to you. We need to hire at least 5-10 new Associates every 2 weeks in Utah and Colorado.

While social media and texting are common these days, you also need to have an action-bias for phone calls and interviews. Nothing beats actual human interaction. Other ideal candidates would have a desire to help build the team, being an extrovert, generally positive, and be a self-starter.

We are hiring immediately. We also plan to add another recruiter in April, so if you have full-time school now but can work after the semester, please feel free to apply.

If you are a HR generalist or trainer, we also have an opportunity to be more involved with the operations side of the business. Please mention if you most interested in a hybrid recruiter/HR ops role!
