Pricing25 free applications to start

Tsenta pricing: pay for the applications, not the tool.

Three tiers, one rule: every tier is the full product, and the tiers differ by volume only. Starter is $19 a month for 600 applications. Pro is $39 a month for 1,500. Power is $99 a month for 4,500. That works out to roughly 3 cents an application on Starter and Pro, and roughly 2 cents on Power, in USD.

Your first 25 applications are free and need no credit card. Cancel in one click. There are no add-ons and no per-feature upsells, so the number on the plan is the number you pay.

Plans

Three tiers. One product. Pick your volume.

Nothing below is a feature comparison in disguise. Every plan runs the same agent across the same 30+ employer systems. The only thing that changes between them is how many applications you can send in a 30-day cycle, so pick the one that matches how hard you are searching right now.

Prices are intentionally not repeated here. The live table above shows the current price for your market in your local currency.

A focused search against a short list of target companies fits inside Starter's 600 applications. A laid-off engineer working every opening in their function, or an OPT candidate inside a 90-day window, usually lands on Pro, because both are running against a clock and cannot afford to ration applications. Power is for hitting every single match the moment it appears, which is the right call when your function is broad or you are searching across several cities at once.

All three tiers are available monthly, quarterly, or annually. Quarterly and annual billing cut the effective monthly rate by up to 36%, and you can switch between them without losing your current cycle.

What counts

One application means one job submitted.

An application is one form actually submitted to one employer. Not a match surfaced, not a draft prepared, not a tab opened. If it did not reach the employer, it did not count.

Every one of them leaves a receipt you can open later: the fields that were filled, the answers that were written for the open-ended questions, the résumé and cover letter that were sent, and the employer's confirmation. That receipt is the proof the allowance was actually spent on something.

Three things never count against your cycle: matches you skip, drafts you never approved, and applications that fail on the employer's side. Those are refunded automatically. What does not carry forward is unused allowance, because a cycle is 30 days of searching rather than a bank balance.

No add-ons

Nothing is an add-on. Not at any tier.

Every tier, including the free 25, runs the full four-stage agent. There is no tier where résumé tailoring costs extra, no tier where cover letters are a separate line item, and no tier that locks you out of a specific employer system.

Stage 01

Find

Tsenta watches company career pages continuously and surfaces roles that match your preferences, so you reach a posting while the recruiter is still reading the first batch of applications.

Stage 02

Prep

Tsenta reads the actual job description, identifies what the employer is screening for, and tailors your résumé and cover letter to that role. Every change is shown to you before anything goes out, and applications use only true facts from the résumé you uploaded.

Stage 03

Apply

Tsenta signs in, works through the full form, answers the open-ended questions in your voice, uploads your documents, and submits. This is the part most tools hand back to you.

Stage 04

Track

Recruiter replies route back to the right application and statuses move on their own, so the tracker stays current without a spreadsheet.

The surfaces work the same way. Your plan is not a licence for one app: the same account runs on the web dashboard, the native iOS and Android apps, the Chrome extension, iMessage, WhatsApp, and the MCP server and CLI. Reply to a text and the application is submitted in the background. Wire Tsenta into Claude or Codex and your own agent can apply on your behalf. Same allowance, same agent, no surface upgrade.

Fit

Where Tsenta is the best choice.

You want to be early, not thorough after the fact

Recruiters typically work through the first wave of applications and stop. Tsenta watches company career pages directly rather than waiting for a job board to syndicate the listing, so your application lands inside that first window instead of behind a few hundred others.

You want something that applies, not something that helps you apply

Autofill extensions prefill your name and email and then hand the form back to you. You still sign in, click through, and submit. Tsenta finishes the application and submits it. That is the difference you are paying for.

Your search runs through Workday

Workday is where a large share of jobs at big companies actually live, and its multi-page forms are where most auto-apply tools quietly fail. Tsenta applies through Workday, plus Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Rippling, iCIMS, BambooHR, Workable, JazzHR, Jobvite, BreezyHR, Oracle Cloud, SmartRecruiters, Paylocity, UltiPro, ADP, Dover, Gem, and Zoho Recruit. That is 30+ supported employer systems.

You want to see every change before it goes out

Tsenta shows you the tailored résumé and the answers before submitting, and every application leaves a receipt: the fields filled, the answers written, the documents sent, and the confirmation. Nothing goes out in your name that you cannot read back later.

You want the price to be the price

Résumé tailoring and cover letters are part of every application on every tier. There is no optimization add-on, no cover letter add-on, and no feature gate between Starter and Power. Allowances are published, not implied.

You want one agent, not one app

The same agent runs on web, iOS, Android, the Chrome extension, iMessage, WhatsApp, and as an MCP server for Claude, Codex, or any agent that speaks tools. You are not buying a surface, you are buying the agent behind all of them.

Where a competitor is genuinely cheaper for the search you are running, we say so. If your entire job search happens on LinkedIn, a cheaper LinkedIn-only tool will cover it. If all you want is a tracker, buy a tracker. Tsenta is the right call when you need the applications themselves to get done, across the employer systems real companies actually use.

Frequently asked questions

The best free option is one that gives you the real product rather than a demo of it. Tsenta's free tier is 25 applications with no credit card, and those 25 run the complete agent: it finds the role, tailors your résumé and cover letter to it, submits through the employer's actual system, and tracks the reply. Nothing is held back for a paid tier. If 25 applications get you the outcome you needed, you never have to pay.

Starter is $19 per month for 600 applications per 30-day cycle. Pro is $39 per month for 1,500 applications and is the most popular plan. Power is $99 per month for 4,500 applications. Those are USD figures; the live pricing table shows your local currency. Quarterly and annual billing lower the effective monthly rate by up to 36%.

Yes. Cancelling is one click in your account settings, with no phone call, no retention flow, and no notice period. Billing stops at the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and you keep the applications in that cycle until it ends. Allowances do not roll over into a new cycle.

No. Only a successful submission consumes allowance. If you skip a match, leave a draft unapproved, or the employer's system fails on its end, that application is refunded to your cycle. You are paying for jobs actually submitted, not for attempts.

Yes, on every tier including the free 25. Track is the fourth stage of the agent, not an upgrade. Recruiter replies route back to the application they belong to and statuses update on their own, so you can see what was sent, when, and what came back without maintaining a spreadsheet.

Not to start. The first 25 applications require no card and no billing details. You only enter payment information if you decide to move to Starter, Pro, or Power after seeing what the agent actually sent on your behalf.

Not always, and it depends on your search. LazyApply's Basic plan at $99 a year is cheaper than any Tsenta plan if your entire search runs through LinkedIn Easy Apply and its daily cap suits you. On monthly billing the comparison runs the other way: LoopCV's entry tier is $19.99 for 100 applications and JobCopilot's Premium is around $28, against $19 for 600 applications on Tsenta Starter. All figures USD. Where Tsenta wins is cost per completed application: résumé tailoring and cover letters are included rather than sold as add-ons, and Tsenta submits through 30+ employer systems including Workday, which is where the larger employers post. If a cheaper tool genuinely covers your search, we would rather you use it.

Pro at $39 a month is the usual fit. A new grad search and an OPT search both run against a clock and cover a wide range of employers, and 1,500 applications per cycle covers that comfortably. Start on the free 25 to confirm the agent handles your target companies, then move to Pro. If your search is narrow and focused on a short company list, Starter's 600 is enough.
